At Urban Mzansi (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently throughout South Africa. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

Urban Mzansi currently ships to addresses within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During promotional periods, holidays, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • FREE nationwide shipping on orders over R999.
  • Additional charges may apply for certain remote or outlying areas.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.


6. Marketplace Orders

Urban Mzansi is a marketplace connecting customers with independent South African sellers. Some products may be shipped directly by individual vendors. As a result:

  • Products ordered from different vendors may arrive separately.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the vendor’s location and processing time.
  • Customers will receive tracking information where available.

7. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and postal code are accurate when placing an order.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts:

  • The parcel may be returned to the sender.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged package or product.
  3. We will work with the courier and vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Delivery Restrictions

  • We deliver only to physical addresses.
  • P.O. Box deliveries are not available.
  • Certain remote locations may require alternative delivery arrangements.
