1. Shipping Coverage
Urban Mzansi currently ships to addresses within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During promotional periods, holidays, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Shipping Fees
- Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- FREE nationwide shipping on orders over R999.
- Additional charges may apply for certain remote or outlying areas.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. Marketplace Orders
Urban Mzansi is a marketplace connecting customers with independent South African sellers. Some products may be shipped directly by individual vendors. As a result:
- Products ordered from different vendors may arrive separately.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the vendor’s location and processing time.
- Customers will receive tracking information where available.
7. Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and postal code are accurate when placing an order.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts:
- The parcel may be returned to the sender.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photographs of the damaged package or product.
- We will work with the courier and vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Delivery Restrictions
- We deliver only to physical addresses.
- P.O. Box deliveries are not available.
- Certain remote locations may require alternative delivery arrangements.
